We have an immediate vacancy, in Dubai, for a suitably experienced and professionally qualified Architect to supplement the design section of a multi-disciplinary 25 person Client Representative team. The project is a premium business park of over 500,000 sq.m of built up area entering the schematic design stage. The project includes two hotels, 36 storey office tower and 8 mid-rise office towers. The construction stages are planned to commence 1st quarter 2009 and continue to the end of December 2011.

The Architect will be joining a multi-party partnering contract team and will be involved in collaborative working practices in relationship with the various parties on the project which include, Lead Designer/Architect; Cost Consultants; Constructor and the Client.

The role will require close observation of the architectural design process at all stages from scheme design through to completion. Close liaison and interfacing will be required with all members of the partnering team, in particular the Client and Design Architect, to ensure that the design, detailing and specification proposed complies with the client brief, cost budget and current technical standards. 

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a professional attitude, an aptitude for successful team working, with good communication skills.
